All figures are made to order. This allows us to focus on quality and detail rather than mass production.

Production usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the model size and complexity.

Each figure is carefully printed, cleaned, cured, and inspected before shipping.

Shipping Time

Once your order is completed, it is shipped right away.

Estimated shipping times:

• USA: 3–7 business days
  
• International: 7–14 business days
  

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Packaging

We pack every figure with extra care. Fragile parts are protected to prevent damage during transit. Our goal is for your figure to arrive safe and ready for assembly.

Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Important Notes

• Figures are shipped unpainted unless painting service is selected
  
• Minor layer lines are normal for 3D printed items
  
• Assembly is required for most figures to ensure safe shipping
