As soon as your order is ready, we will send you a "Ready for Pickup" email to let you know. If you place an order while the store is open, it will typically be ready for pickup within a few hours. If you place an order after your selected store has closed, your order will typically be ready for pickup shortly after the store opens the next morning. Store hours may vary by location.
All models are shipped unpainted.
Most miniatures are also unassembled, because some parts (wings, weapons, arms) are printed separately to prevent damage during shipping.
All miniatures are printed in high detail resin, not FDM. Resin gives much sharper details, smoother surfaces, and better results for tabletop miniatures.
All miniatures are made to order.
Production time usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on model size and current order volume.
Shipping time depends on location (US orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days after shipment).
We pack models carefully to avoid damage, but if something arrives broken, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will help with a replacement part or solution as quickly as possible.
Bases are included only when provided in the original model file (or when the miniature is designed with a base).
If a base is required, you can message us before ordering.
Resin printing may leave small support contact points.
We remove supports, wash and cure prints
Since items are made to order, cancellations or changes are only possible before printing begins.
